We ship across India. Estimated delivery times are 7 to 10 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS. Pawwala.in is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
