5. Tracking Your Order

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

📦 Damaged Package If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the package and product immediately and email us at jainaamod@gmail.com within 4 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
📦 Wrong Item Received If you receive an incorrect item, contact us at jainaamod@gmail.com within 4 days with your order number and photos. We will send the correct item at no extra cost.
📦 Delays Beyond Estimated Time If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or failure to collect from a pickup point:

- After failed attempts the package may be returned to us
- In such cases please contact us to arrange re-delivery
- Re-delivery charges may apply depending on the situation
