1. Return Eligibility

Your item is eligible for return if:

• ✅ Return is requested within 4 days of delivery
• ✅ Item is unused, unwashed & in original packaging
• ✅ Tags and labels are still attached
• ✅ Item was not marked as "Final Sale"

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• ❌ Personalised or customised products
• ❌ Grooming products once opened
• ❌ Items purchased during clearance sales
• ❌ Gift cards

3. Damaged or Defective Products

Received something damaged? We sincerely apologise. Please email us at jainaamod@gmail.com within 4 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the packaging

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No questions asked. 🐾
